Shipping Policy

Important
This policy applies only to physical handmade orders from the K&S Crafts N Things storefront. Software and digital files — including MakerMint Magic — are digital products/services. No physical item is shipped and no shipping address is required.
Processing time
Physical orders ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom and personalized items may take longer; we'll let you know if that's the case.
Shipping methods
We ship via:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Lost packages marked as “delivered”
If a package is genuinely lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
International shipping
Available for select products. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
Digital products
Digital files (SVG, PNG, STL, PDF) and MakerMint Magic access are delivered instantly online after purchase. No physical item is shipped. See the Digital Download License for usage terms.
