In plain English
Users may not generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Violations may result in account suspension.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse
- CSAM or content that sexualizes minors
- Non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation of real people
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the service
- Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation of AI-generated content as human-made where required
- Infringing copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected work
- Circumventing rate limits, plan limits, or technical controls
Enforcement
- We may remove, restrict, or refuse to generate outputs
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations
- Rights holders can submit takedown requests to support@makermint.app
